In the past we had members having friends register just so they could vote for their photos.
I made it so you had to be a member for 30 days before you could vote.
Times have changed. You should be able to vote now.

30 days? I've been a member since July and I can't open it. >.<

Maybe it has to do with post count too... =/ I tend to lurk, and not post.
