FS: 1995 BMW 318ti 5sp

considering selling this currently to possibly put toward a down payment on a newer vehicle. depends on what offers I get.

located in Buffalo, NY.

the good:
- 136k miles
- 5 speed
- tons of fresh service, nearly all OEM parts or dealer maintenance (I get a Towne discount) as listed below:
- new motor mounts (around 10k miles ago)
- new pads and rotors all around (9k miles ago)
- new radiator (9k miles ago)
- pressure flushed coolant along w/ radiator (also 9k miles ago)
- new shift knob (9k miles ago)
- new fuel pump (6k miles ago)
- new water pump/tstat (250 miles ago)
- new driver side window regulator (250 miles ago)
- new all new idler pullies on front end with all new belts (250 miles ago)
- new battery (100 miles ago)
- new alternator (100 miles ago)
- transmission recently flushed, shifts like butter (1000 miles ago)
- clutch has tons of life left in it, grabs perfect
- starts fast, rides smooth
- summer tires (pretty bald) on BMW Z3 16" throwing stars
- winter tires (1.5 seasons fresh blizzaks all around) on BMW 15" steelies w/ hub caps
- always on time oil changes for the few I've had to do to it
- next to no rust
- only a couple of miniscule body dings, hard to notice

the bad:
- scrape on drivers side window tint from when the original window regulator broke and the arms bent
- heat shield currently rattles
- headlight covers can get a little fogged
- crack on front lip on passenger side with some scuffing, also hard to notice
- rip on driver side seat bolster, ala every 10+ year old BMW left around

the arguable:
- keyless entry. works awesome when it works awesome. decides to have moods occasionally. I'm not aware of the origin. I disconnected the alarm horn because it had moods and decided that it wanted to be loud occasionally.
- loud aftermarket exhaust from PO. bellows, real low sounding, loud as **** in a good way. could be a deterrent to some, if I don't get rid of the car I plan on removing it.

sorry for those being all that I currently have, they were from when I purchased the car last summer. it looks identical except for the winter rims are on. I'd just need to do a detailed wash and get ahold of my elusive digital camera to get more recent ones up, both of which things I plan on doing if this sale ends up taking place.

asking price? $4200. will consider offers but I'm far from desperate to sell.

Some feedback-

- what color/material interior?
- those are not throwing star wheels but pics will answer that
- documentation for all that work will better justify your asking price

GL with the sale!

haha, sorry, must have been misinformed on the wheels. I know they're from a Z3, that's about it. anyway, interior is gray cloth. unfortunately, I don't have a lot of doc'ing on all the work, but the good part is, almost all of it is visible and easy to see that it's definitely brand new parts.

Can you elaborate on the rust situation?
Any paintwork/bodywork?
Any accident history?
What owner are you and where has the car spent most of its life?
You mentioned having a winter set of tires/wheels, has this car seen a lot of snow/salt?
Any engine/transmission leaks?
Can I get some more pictures via PM? I'm interested in pictures of any blemishes (interior or exterior,) engine bay, and some a few more general shots.
This is Alpinweiss II (non-clearcoat,) yes?

Thanks in advance.
Trey
