selling the red 95 sport

as you know i bought a 318ti last week. well due to money issues i am letting it go :(

unless i can get things figured out she will be gone by this weekend.

i fixed the broken window regulators, glued the door panels. intensively cleaned the car inside and out. swapped out the interior for like new base interior. changed the oil. basic things such as that.

the clutch is slowly dying i would say 20,000 miles left on it

i am posting it on craigslist for 3500 just to see what happens

sad i have to depart this car from my collection but i'll never let my 96 ti go!

thesk8nmidget 12-04-2007 02:14 AM

some very unexpected problems with my bank and now i need to pay off a credit card and close the card.

banks will always f&*k you over!

i need to stick to my old oregon credit union!

sorta bad timing really.

but all good things come to an end. :(

and thanks!

SDKmann 12-04-2007 02:34 AM

WHY CANT YOU BE CLOSER?!?! I honestly cant think of a more perfect situation...

thesk8nmidget 12-04-2007 02:37 AM

SDK what are you thinking???

whats so perfect?

you got some fun plans?

SDKmann 12-04-2007 02:44 AM

Whats so perfect? A gorgeous red 318ti sport with that wonderful sport interior at a perfect price and I know its probably a pretty good car since it came from another member. I would love to have a cheap ti as a project car, the possibilities are endless. Good luck with the sale, Id love to pick it up but your a ways away.

thesk8nmidget 12-04-2007 02:49 AM

yeah for sure thanks for the help.

and i wish it could be my fun project car but i will have to wait til another day when i can afford it.

SDKmann 12-04-2007 02:51 AM

Yeah those things happen, at least you still have one ti.

thesk8nmidget 12-04-2007 02:52 AM

i'll always still have at least one ti ;)

my ti is the greatest!

cali-ti 12-04-2007 02:54 AM

sorry to hear you have to get rid of it :( if it were a 96+ with m-tech kit, i'd be there already.

thesk8nmidget 12-04-2007 05:33 AM

i have had a few offers for 3000 and i am probably gonna let it go tomorrow if people come look at it.

i'll keep you guys updated.

and take some good bye pictures

JakeNotCliff 12-04-2007 05:41 AM

Oh wow, that is so so tempting. Is the deal sealed yet? I'm willing to travel for the car, and at that price, it's basically impossible to say no. Chances are I could offer a little more than $3000 if necessary  The one snag is that I may be unable to pick it up and therefore pay for it in the time frame you might need. Mid to late January wouldn't work, huh?

JakeNotCliff 12-04-2007 05:46 AM

Oop, sorry to scratch that, I just looked at the details, and it's not as much what I'm looking for as I thought at first. Sorry about that =P

thesk8nmidget 12-04-2007 04:18 PM

i switched out the interior from my green ti and am going to have the guys at my shop fix the rip in the sport seats.

i painted the skirts gloss black and heres the outcome.
