underneath radiator cover part#?

Can anybody help me out with a part number for the plastic radiator cover located underneath the radiator it is accessible from underneath the car? Mine was cracked when I changed my bumper cover so I removed it and did not get the part number. I thought I could find it on realoem.com but was unsuccessful.

Thanks

No, unfortunately that does not look like it. It is rectangle box shaped about 2-3 inches deep and the rear part of the air dam over laps it a little. The sides have some access holes for wires and the hoses from the auto transmission’s radiator which it also houses. If you were lying on your back under the front of the car and tried to grab either brake duct the inside of your arm would rub against it.

do you have a pic of your broken one?

No - I threw it away like a big dummy. I even remember seeing the part number printed on the part. I have found everything I have ever needed on realoem.com so I didn't think it would be a problem if I threw it away.

I have a spare splash guard, if that's what you're talking about. It's the piece that fits directly behind the front bumper, and next to the front wheel spats, but connects to rubber/plastic parts that fit higher up.

Pay for shipping and it's yours.

That is what I am looking for!

Thank you my friend

That's the part. If you don't want it, kettering has next dibs.

Thank you but I already ordered it. I did not see your reply before I placed the order but I really appreciated the offer.

Thanks again:smile:

Turned out it was Part #12 but the picture is sort of obscured and they refer to it as an air duct which makes sense now but it didn't occur to me at the time.

Thanks for the help

need the same part

OK I need to buy the same part. I checked it out on realoem.com, but can I even buy stuff off that site? I couldn't figure out how to add stuff to my cart. Is there another site to purchase it from?
thanks,
Maher

crap, so I found it on Bavauto.com, and was about to buy it, but it says its not for the M bumper. Does anyone know where to find one for the M bumper?
