318ti Rear Suspension Bushing Kit
 

Hi

I bought a 318ti rear suspension bushing kit off ebay. The seller assured me it would fit on the 318ti, but when I went to install I noticed that the kit's sway bar links were longer and wouldn't fit.

The seller may be willing to replace the links with the correct ones, but I'm wondering what else in the kit won't fit, and don't relish finding out only after removing the rear.

I know it's been said that the 318ti has the same rear suspension as the E30, (which my kit was also supposed to fit) but in checking parts that doesn't seem to be completely true. For example the sway bar links for the 318ti also fit on the E32, E34 and Z3, but not the E30.

I'm wondering if anyone has done a rear bushing replacement and can shed some light on the subject?
