M50 non-vanos + Auto to Manual Swap
 

Just about all the parts came in today, starting March 5th. Will update as necessary.

Went and picked up a few extra bits I think i will need...pressure plate bolts and a plastic pivot piece for the transmission...

I am starting it all on Friday :)

Day 1:

pulled interior bits, motor and transmission, dropped drive shaft and exhaust.
