I have Bav Auto Sport springs on my 1997 318i. The front springs are the same as those on the 318ti but the rear springs are different since the rear ends are different on the 318i and the 318ti. The ride is firmer than stock springs but not as stiff as racing springs. I find them to be the perfect balance between those two types, so the handling is much better than stock but you can daily drive or take long trips in them and they're comfortable. I'm thinking about buying them for my 328is. Of course, the Bilstein Sports don't hurt, either.

I have them, along with Bilstein Sport shocks.
