1996 Alaska Blue 5 speed M-Tech w/ Vader seats, Dinan'd

Letting go of my 187k mile, 1996, Alaska Blue 5 speed. $5000 Firm. Everything listed below included. Where to begin: Rebuilt TN Title. Have photo's of the accident for those interested. Was hit in RR quarter and hatch by a motorcycle at speed. I purchased after total. Repair work was done here in Midd Tenn by Browns of Shelbyville, TN. I am quite happy with all weld points and glass replacement. M-Tech trim and package, Vader seats, Dinan download, UUC short shift, Koni suspension, K-mac adjustable camber plates and bushings, new windshield, upgraded fog lights, just clutched at 184k (rear main, etc), K&N intake, tranny is sound and tight, Remus exhaust (sounds awesome), cross member reinforcement and upgraded sway, Schroth 4 point, M3 17" wheels, air mass meter and TPS just replaced due to code on that circuit. Valve cover gaskets, and full coolant line service (yes, all that plastic that breaks) Brand new, never used full Thule rack with locks, fairing and bicycle rail, unique to this car ($600 from Rack Attack, have receipts). Full timing service with tensioner at 165k. Have a new chain, rails, guides, fuel filter, cabin air filter, set of rotors and pads, all new OEM that come with the car ($450 spare parts alone). Please respond, email, text or PM me for pictures, specific shots, etc you would like. Will upload pix on request. Interior is a 7 out of 10, exterior excellent though some rock chips on hood from highway commuting. Gets a consistent 32mpg/hwy. Serviced here at BBMW (Bell Buckle Motor Works) by Kieran Cottrell (BMWCCA #172) with only synthetic fluids, Red Line, etc. Has been used as a highway commuter for me for past three years. Feel free to contact him or myself in regards to the car, specifics or general. Hannah Coffey 615.785.9720 Kieran Cottrell BBMW, Bell Buckle, TN 931 389 9058

$500 or $5000?

zoner 03-29-2011 06:46 AM

I'm assuming you mean $5,000? If you really do mean $500, I'll send you the money tonight and pick it up this weekend...

No one constructs an ad like this and legitimately asks $500 for the car. We can dream though, right? Lol

To the seller... you could save yourself a lot of hassle if you post pics of your car here in this thread. Let the car do the work for you. Beats sending dozens of separate pm's/emails with images to ppl who are just curious what the car looks like. After all, most ppl viewing this thread are going to be curious. Just a thought.

*edit* Just realized this is your first post

Hence, my offer to send money tonight sight unseen and fly out this weekend to pick it up. Any one of several of the parts on the car are worth that!

Nonetheless, pics. would certainly help.

Here's a link to the photo's on Picasa. Hope this helps. NOTE: I live down a really muddy road. If there are specific spots you are concerned about (weld points on the quarter, camber plates, etc) just let me know and I'll upload more. I will also try to wash it and shoot photos before driving back down my driveway... :P
