Parting out 95 Boston green

Located in Southern California, Ventura County.
The car is still fairly complete. A deer damaged the hood, grille, lights and radiator support. The M42 motor still runs and is still in the car. The car is fairly complete. I did swipe a few odds and ends for my other 2 tis.
The rear subframe is spoken for. The taillights are gone. The door panels are junk. This is a sunroof car. Paint is marginal.
I am not very good at shipping large or heavy items.

email me at bimmerfan02 at hotmail dot com.

Cheers.

I need a cluster, or just the housing.

Pierre 12-07-2013 06:08 AM

Do you mean the instrument cluster? I have it.
$100 shipping included to New York.

rear hatch struts

Pierre 12-12-2013 02:12 AM

Rear hatch shocks

The rear hatch shocks are shot.
Besides, hatch shocks are wear items. Unless you know they are less than 3 years old, I would not recommend getting used ones. They just won't last.
You can get them new for under $31 a piece at autohaus.
Part number SG202011

Cheers.

Air box? Everything up to the intake boot?

Pierre 12-12-2013 05:15 AM

Well, the airbox before the Air flow meter got destroyed in the wreck. The AFM itself is being sold with the complete engine... hopefully. If I piece up the engine then I will start selling individual parts.
I am sure you know that the 95 is unique being an M42. The 96 has an M44 with the Air Mass Sensor.
If I get enough demand for individual engine parts, then it would encourage me to do so. So far, I got one offer on the alternator for $10. That's not what I mean by encouragement.

I know the 95 is an M42. I'm looking to replace the K&N off the Club Sport.

Alarm wire harness?

Pierre 02-07-2014 04:47 AM

Please be more specific. Where does it start and end? What does it look like?

trikzta 02-07-2014 04:48 AM

Bunch of cables connected to the back of the alarm module to a set of plugs in the car behind the glove bOx

Pierre 02-07-2014 06:00 AM

I have all the wiring behind the glove box. To clarify, you need the alarm module plug from the car and all the wires coming out of it. You do not need the module itself. Correct?
If so, make a reasonable offer.

trikzta 02-07-2014 06:01 AM

Correct

Pierre 02-07-2014 06:09 AM

Make me an offer I can't refuse.
