Micro-Suede Headliner: Ye or Ney?

So I'm thinking of doing the micro suede mod on the ti: A, B,C pillars, headliner, sunroof, shift boot, and e-brake boot. I can get this all done professionally for $280. I wanted to see what you guys thought about doing the mod.

Sounds like a good deal!

I think it would look good

+1 I think it would look very nice... what color you thinking?

(just make sure the ms isn't too thick on the sunroof panel... can cause issues later!)

Same as my interior, tan/grey or whatever you call it.

Just be careful with the pillars and the S/R motor cover... the little plastic tabs break off real easily, and then they become impossible to reattach...

sounds like it will look effin sweet when it's done though!

I am doing a headliner swap at the moment as well. Are you going to use a foam layer in between the micro-suede and fiberglass or just attach the micro-suede directly to the fiberglass?

I don't know. My buddy is doing it for me, but I'll ask him.

I stopped by the shop yesterday and he had the pillars and sunroof panel done. He did not put foam in between it. I should get the car back by Sunday.

Well, I bought the micro-suede, but after a week I am still waiting on the material to be delivered. I'll update once I get the stuff on, I'm doing it without foam since the headliner backer board is pretty smooth. I'm thinking it won't need the foam too, but I'm doing the fabric shuttle first to get a feel for it.
