FS: 1998 Avus 318ti M-sport

I'm at one of those crossroads where it may be time for a change. I've weathered through with this car to get it to it's current shape. I don't have to sell the car and as such am not going to accept any lowball offers. If it doesn't sell by spring time I'll do another season in it.

~106k miles on chassis
~67k(?) on M-cluster
~150k on M50

Car is currently setup to do well at auto-x and occasional track days/weekends. If anyone was at the No Excuses weekend at Hallett a few months ago you know the car. I have taken the last three street tire time of the day at the local BMWCCA Auto-X.

On the car:

Bilstein/GC's
Kosei K1's (shocker!) w/ Azenis RT615's w/ plenty of life left. 255/40's rear 235/45's front. Have been contemplating going to 255's all around.
M3 upper plates
Mason upper front bar
E36 LTW X-brace
H&R 28mm front sway. Bavarian M-coupe rear sway.
Treehouse Racing LCAB's
UUC SS brake lines front and rear
M3 front calipers freshly rebuilt w/ solid guides
Euro M3 floating front rotors
ATE "Star" slotted rears
Hawk HP+ front and back
UUC M5 8lb flywheel/organic disc
3.73 LSD w/ M roadster finned cover.
3.5" MAF
Stainless headers (can't remember the name but are very decent for being on the cheaper side)
3" headerback exhaust into a Magnaflow
chipped for current mods
fairly new M3 radiator and overflow
NRG steering wheel and v2 quick release w/ momo hub.

Most of the interior is out right now but have full perfect set minus driver's seat. Will come w/ a set of Forza's. May have optional Imola II GT's.
Most of the body is in great shape. Could use a repaint on the front from rock chips. Front bumper could use replacing. I have a new replacement that can go with the car.
The bad:
Missing all of the front underside plastics. That's both inner fenderliner's and under engine tray.
Due to a mishap with a small critter foglights are toast. Have replacements. Due to another mishap wiring for the driver's side lights has been mangled a little bit. Will need to run new wiring if you want foglight back.
Have most all the stock parts except for the motor.
Have some extra parts I would like to sell with the car. S50 rods, crank, etc. I can go over everything with you if you're serious.

Is it reliable? Has been since the M50 went in. Is it a 1/4 strip car? Uhh..no. Is it good for a daily driver? Depends on where you live. May need softer springs...otherwise yeah I don't see why not. Again...I am not going to part this out. Buyer arranges/pays for shipping. If you're in a neighboring state I could help in getting it to you.

I'm at work...only one pic. Horrible I know. I'll get more up asap.

12,000 obo w/ all extra parts (rods, crank, cams, etc)
10,000 obo w/o. Just what comes w/ the car.

I realize that price is in good condition stock M3 territory. I also realize that one can't put exact retail on parts added to overall cost of the car. This is why I've got it listed as it is or best offer. Throw something out there that's not a lowball.

Lol. I'm thinking this isn't the best time to try and sell a niche vehicle.

Meh.

Bump.

Nice car. Mine will end up something similar to that.

Which flavor mason bar are you running?

What transmission?

Hi! Any chance you still have the original M-Sport stabilizer bars? That would be the 26mm front, 16mm rear. I am looking for a decent deal on a set, shipped to Zip Code 01510.
Good Luck with the sale, if it hasn't gone yet....
