i'd go but i'm supposed to hang out with a friend sunday morning

weather looks like it'll be great. i should really use the time for getting other things done, but the race only comes once a year so i'm going to go anyway. i'll take pics and/or video and hopefully post them up before i head to NJ/NYC on thursday. have a great weekend everybody!

got pics, haven't transferred/processed/uploaded them yet. weather was beautiful, course was not so great (not enough rain recently). at least three went to the hospital, one with a broken back (flew off the course into the trees). nine plus "red flags" (race stoppages). the 10 minute barrier was not broken. they announced rod millen (holder of the record for something like 13 years before Tajima broke it last year) might return next year to compete for the record again. be sweet to see him and Tajima battling it out.
