Mini hangars with stock exhaust?
 

I've seen posts about using Mini hangers (18207535665) with aftermarket cat-back exhausts. Has anyone used them with the stock exhaust? I may just get a pair and try since they are cheaper and look more robust than the stock diamond-shaped hangers. Worst case I have a R53 that could probably use new hangers too.

I gave it a try today and the Mini hangers don't fit with the stock 318 exhaust. The muffler runs into the body above well before you can get the posts close enough together to install the Mini hangers. So I guess now my R53 gets new hangers!
