Door panel post orientation
 

Hello everyone, I bought some door panels that had no posts on them (my car didn't come with panels) and ordered posts of ebay. I'm struggling to find pictures of the correct orientation for each one. I think I've got a couple flipped the wrong way and I'm not having much luck. Hopefully someone has a picture or the back of their door panel! Thanks.
