wtb. 318ti rear black leather seat

Allright guys, i'm looking for a rear black leather seat for my 97 318ti. i'm also looking for the removable "shelf" which goes in the rear of the car and raises and lowers with the hatch. I also want that in black. someone let me know if they have one, thanks!
