Axle Selection on E30 LSD Swap

Need some help here. I did the E30 6-cyl 3.73 LSD swap 3? years ago, and have gone through a couple iterations of axles along the way:

1) Used E30 inner CV/E36 ti outer CV hybrid axles: blew inner CV joint due to torn boot.
2) New E30 325is axles: outer CV joint about to go out after 2 years, leaking grease from poorly sealing stamped metal flanges. (BTW, got these from Zygmunt/bimmerparts.com. Build quality sucks.)

Has anyone found *reliable* axles for this swap? I'm leary of buying another set of used OE E30 axles because of the age/mileage. If the latest axles I bought are any indication, the build quality of aftermarket axles seems to suck. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

I think we used E30 axles for WorldPac.
I've been running my diff for 1 1/2 years with no problems.
The car will be on the lift tomorrow for an 02 sensor so I will take a closer look.
That is with probably 8 or 10 weekends at the track.
I don't know if being a Quaife matters.

I've been using regular 325is axles for a couple of years now. The axles I bought were in horrible condition, so I went to an auto parts supplier that had them rebuilt for about 100CAD each.

No problems so far. (knock on wood)

Hmm, that's something I hadn't thought of. This may be an option, thanks.
