Crooked member stole my money
 

Buyer beware... Oliver Medrano aka Uneeqinc is a thief! I sent this crook monies for a center armrest/console in February and this chump has lied and lied and lied about armrest coming, then refunding my money! My secretary asked me about the refund a few weeks ago and I thought about it and I never received my money from this chump. So I went to PayPal and file a dispute to get my monies back and all of a sudden like a little girl he emailed me saying a bunch of bull home sob stories. He stated he know I want my money back etc. etc. and he promised he would pay me on Friday but I as you know liars lie and dope fiends steal Friday never came so I had to file another dispute to escalate my claim with PayPal needless to say he's a crook and I'm still waiting and I'm sure I will get my money back one way or the other.! If anyone wants to know please private message me and I will send you every email every dispute and communication through PayPal & he and I.about the entire transaction do not trust this guy with your money he gets broke desperate and a liar with excuses as if he's addicted to some type of narcotic because that's the type of behavior he has portrayed or he's simply a crook! Either way he's awful.

And before anyone runs to his defense read the emails first. If anyone has an address I'm pressing criminal charges on him for "thief by deception" "Internet fraud".

I'll send $50 to the first person who sends me his current/actual address so I can formally press charges! If he pays or not I want this crime to be processed!

I got some glass headlights from eBay and when I went to install the learned they were broken internally. It was too much time to file a carrier claim. Seller did nothing to help me. Live and learn.

Then Kitty came through with good housings with bad glass. So it worked out.

You are clearly (and rightfully) pissed off. Just stay the course and PayPal will reimburse you. They should have a shipping address as well; but you may need a court order to get that out of PayPal. If he sent you something you could trace him that way.

Keep us posted. I see several new posts apparently about this same seller. I think it's safe to say he won't be selling anything here now.

PayPal paid me and I guess they'll get their money from the crook. It's just bad when a fellow forum member screws over a new member or any person to this site! And make punk excuses about stealing the money. I shouldn't had to go this far for MY money (4 months).

If she would've said "I was wrong and I'm going through something can I offer you another service or good until I make it right" anything but a freaking LIE. Because she never had the part in the first place! That makes her a deceptive thief.

There's an old saying: Buy the seller.

Just because a member has been here a while does not mean they are reliable.

When in doubt, check with a moderator and we can do some checking for you.

This is so true, as a long time member and former moderator at ClubLexus. com I should've dug a lil deeper. Because a few members have hit me up after me coming out with cautionary tales!

But it's not over for this crook! I will warn EVERY member I see about my ordeal.

Hey, do you guys prohibit obviously shady members from selling on this forum? In other forums I am/was involved with if a member had 2 or more bad/shady deals they would not be able to sell/buy for a penalized time of like 6 months or banned dependent upon the infraction(like straight up stealing like my case).

Or do we just let the members chase them away vigilante style?! Lol

I have no say in this but would like to see this matter closed.
