Differential bushing....
 
has anyone replaced this and where did you get the bushing from?

I have. Got it from bimmerworld. It is a powerflex bushing. They have a street and race version.

powerflex are good, but even a bmw one from the dealer won´t cost you more than $10 or so

Uh, the OEM one is like $40 or so. You can also use the solid E30 M3 one, Powerflex, or I personally went with the MZ3 bushing. It has two pieces of metal on both sides instead of one.

The Z3M OE is prob the best BMW choice.

Pressing it in shouldn't be too much of an issue. Not too sure on removing one..Haven't tried it yet.
