FS 1998 318ti with only 38K miles

I am interested in selling my 1998 318ti. The car is black, with black heated leather seats, 5 speed manual transmission, power sunroof, PW, PL, Alarm, AM/FM casette, A/C, Cruise, side impact air bags, traction control, Mobil 1 synthetic oil, no mods other than a $700 K40 remote install radar detector. This car is in excellent shape and only has 38,000 miles. I am asking $12,500
