M44 Performance & Race Camshaft Sets

Bought these around 2 months ago and tried to install them once but timing went off and had to swap over into a m42 and no longer needing these.

Never actually ran on these before. I ordered them from VAC but they were out of stock and had to order from EU; ended up being cat cams....!

Just curious. What is the hp gain output with these?

Nice camshaft set. Looking at the camshaft specs from your link these should rock the mid-range through redline. I would buy these if I wasn't boosting.

Good luck with the sale, Smith

Not sure, bought these and never dyno'd it. Thought these would be nice to put into the drift project of my 98 ti but never got it running.

**maximum high end power, it says for the cams

If I still had the m44 motor I would definitely have gotten these. It'd push up to hp to a 2.8 level, perhaps.

Bump...

These would make nice high end power. If you installed the Titanium Hayabusa race valve springs you would never have a valve float not even with a money shift. The R&D on the Busa springs was amazing, they were stable at 25,000rpm per Metric Mechanic and I was the first to Road test them with similar cams you are selling. The cam profile has more duration which is the time a valve is open, the more duration you can run stable the more time you cylinder has to fill or empty it's combustion charge.

I give these cams a thumbs up.
