I'm curious about the body work. It has a '97+ nose panel, some people make that upgrade. But not many bother swapping the '97+ front fenders too.

How can you tell about the fenders? I thought those were all the same.

The difference is the facelift side turn signals behind the wheels, and how they mount to the fender. They won't interchange so usually the whole fender is needed.
