What do you mean by not in perfect shape? any pics of what you are talking about?

Does it include shipping for the Euro trim?

The one harness isn't the best, i think it doesn't work, and the inside metal piece that holds the one light is a tiny bit rusty but you can't see it unless you really look, but the price is cheap so its up to you
