I'm new, I can't seem to download attachments, I get an error "adcurtin, you do not have permission to access this page."

I also get this when I click my username in the upper right, where it says welcome.

Any idea what's wrong? How can I fix this?

Certain functions are restricted to those with fewer than 5 posts. You should be able to download now.
