M44 Blew....Time For M52 swap
 
Just blew my M44 a couple days ago.. So I looked on Craigslist found An M52 but needs a Head gsket..not a Problem.. Also got a 5 Speed tranny..to do auto to manual swap....Just need The Clutch pedal and clutch lines.. i say Pretty good Swap....What do you guy think?

Get the whole engine wiring harness! and the ECU!

GOT IT all...Best thing of all.. IT was All $250.. plus 75 for head gasket

Dont forget about the labor for machining the head since it may be warped or cracked, or even unusuable.

will be postin step by step with pics..i just need the clutch lines, slave cylinder and the clutch pedal. then 328ti..finally..

S52 heads are the same as the M50/M52
 
They are cheap and there are tons of them around.
You will need your cams and valves though.

i have everything but the tans. mount ? unless i can use the suto trans mount...does anybody know?
