I have front and rear anti-roll bars complete in the for sale section if you haven't seen them yet...

Sport suspension by the way, not the active/base ones...

dgroebl 02-23-2009 08:09 PM

What size are the sport bars btw?

J!m 02-23-2009 11:46 PM

Data from my swap manual, rear suspension section:

Sway Bar--------Bar Diameter
Standard ti-----14mm
Sport ti / 323ti-----16mm
M Roadster------18.5mm
M Coupe--------19mm

Based on this, I'd say the front is 12.5% stiffer than the stock ti part. It's pretty befy, but I don't know the diameter. 26 maybe? It's long, so it has to be pretty beefy...

Because the M3 one is shorter, it is actually smaller diameter and stiffer...

I'm sorry I don't quite understand. You said that they are sport bars. So according to the list they should be 16mm. But then you say "

That list I posted is for the REAR bars. I thought that would be clear based on the diameters...

The front bar is SIGNIFICANTLY larger in diameter...

Right... sorry I missed the word "front" in your post when I read it this morning, I thought that you were still referring to the rears. 26mm would be a beefy ass rear bar indeed, not sure why I didn't make that obvious conclusion.

So yes I would like to buy them but sense Toyota has given my a healthy pay cut this year, sadly I don't have 200+ shipping extra $ to spend on them right now....

Please do let me know if you decide that your garage space is worth more to you than the bars, and you are willing to accept lower offers.

Good luck with the sale!

* Right now my first priority is just those door clip receiver pieces, and a set of front lowering springs on the off chance that someone has a set of just fronts they'd be willing to part with.

No biggie.

These have been lying around for five years or so, so no rush...
