Auto 4.44 LSD repost
 

Up for sale is a 4.44 LSD (limited slip differential) out of a 95 318ti. It has 35,000 miles on it. $240.00 + Shipping. (I ship from a business so shipping is cheaper) around $60 est. Ground. It weighs 70 lbs.


The diff was bought from Brims Imports Autos on April 25th of 2009 for 374.50, not including gas to and from to pick it up. I will be including the receipt of purchase. I put new diff fluid and installed it on my 318ti parts car (I assumed I could fix EWS problem, but was sadly mistaken).



History as of April 25th 2009. I have never driven the car with the diff installed and it has since been removed again and is sitting in my garage. Fortunately I was able to pick up a standard '95 ti (with LSD) and drive it daily. Thus no need to keep it "Different ratios" (Plus wifey wants me to sell this asap). I have it ready to ship.

This differential is in great shape and is way cheaper than any lsd diff with this many miles just look at the prices of a non lsd diff on ebay.

Can I use this with my s50 swap will it not hold?

I don't know for sure how you would enjoy that ratio. I would probably ask some of the guys on this site about using it with a S50. Might be to high of a gear. I honestly don't know.
