I believe that the guy is from the company in Canada that has been illegally using the Racing Dynamics name and turning out low quality products. Im not really sure why they havn't been shut down yet.

Nobody else bid on it, that way we keep the price low and i will win. I'll tell you guys if it was worth it or not. ;)

I'm not sure why they call it a diffuser; it's just a rear bumper valance. He's probably trying to get rid of a discontinued part. If your interested ask them for pics and part numbers. Btw, the seller is from Cali, not Canada.
