AC Belt Tensioner missing -- no housing

4 Attachment(s)
Wow just noticed that im missing the AC Belt Tensioner...not just the tensioner but also the housing that holds the tensioner since the threading where the bolt that holds the tensioner on is broken in half. I now need some help finding this part, I can find the tensioner but I also need the housing that it bolts on to...no luck finding it on RealOEM. Please help.

some more info...
With the current heat wave, the pulleys have been making a loud squealing banshee noise when the AC is turned on during hot days. Thought I could try adjusting the tensioner first since the belt looked new but nope, no tensioner!

Must've been broken off by the previous owner's mechanic. Also appears that they put on a different belt (not for BMW) to compensate for the missing tensioner. Belt is slightly loose and does work fine most of the time, but lately the whole AC drive belt system is making embarrassing loud squealing noises.

Attached are a couple pics, hopefully you guys can figure out the part I need because I cant seem to find it on realoem. I can find the tensioner needed but NOT the housing that holds it.

Any idea what the bracket is called (search words) or where I might find one? How much should I expect to spend if I can ever find one?

Thanks.

Should be easy to find in a wrecking yard off any 318.. (JUst make sure its a M44 or M42 as appropriate.
