Weird Power Window Problem
 

I have a very weird problem with my windows. My motors work just fine but the scissor arms won't stay on their tracks. When I lower the window, the right scissor arm slips off to the right. When I raise the window, the left scissor arm slips off to the right. I pulled the window as far back as I could but they still slip off. Any ideas? Pics included:

Be VERY patient with it. Do it right the first time, you don't want to have to keep pulling these door panels off constantly.
