Where did you buy your ti from?
 

As long as it is kinda hard to find those little BMW on the market, I am wondering where did you boys and girls buy your lovely ti from?

I actually got mine from a fellow on the site!

Got mine from a co-worker.

should have put down Craigslist, thats where i got my ti

My 98 I bought new. My 96 I bought from the ti mailling list.

I got mine in D.C. from the Equadorian Ambassador.

I got mine in Farmington, MI from a dealer off of ebay.

seems strange to think that tis once sat brand new on the bmw dealership lots.. I don't know that I remember ever seeing any when looking for cars around 98.. I know I checked out some bmws back then.

EBAY! i'm addicted.

I was looking for mine really long time. For almost a year, I found few, but all of them automatics (which I would never buy), just one was manual but it had a first gear transmission problem, plus the car had check engine light on. The guy didn't want to drop even a penny of the price prior to transmission change. I gave up and I was upset. Few days after, I finally found it - Stock 96 Hellrod stick. That was a month and a half ago. I got it from a recent hi-school graduate guy, who wasn't happy at all selling his baby, but he said he is going to college and he needs the money to pay the tuition. That's my story. So I finally have it and I am so happy with it. Modifications are going good. Nobody has seen my car yet. I'll post pictures as soon as I install the depo headlights with the angel eyes. I hope you will like it :smile:

I got mine from a dealer that i have known allmy life. i also got a great price for mine considering the mileage and the custom exhaust and bumper was already done for me too. but i dont want to give him away. only me and one other person on this site know about him.:biggrin:

Bought 4 Bimmers off ebay 1992 e30 Convertible, 2002 540i Sport, 95 Ti (excellent unmolested), 97 Ti Sport (just got, that guys getting a new Ahole in feedback). All were bought from dealers (or at least internet dealers). I only had one independently checked (I know, I know) and didn't get screwed until the last one. Advice: It's worth the $100 to get a car independently inspected on any remote transaction.

I got mine in September 2004. Got lucky the first time.......found a local seller on Autotrader.com. The young lady was the second owner, whose boyfriend has a Z3 and took care of the car (serviced by dealer always). Had 69k on the Odo and sold it to me for 7k......great deal for that mileage and in rally great shape.
