Stock Headlight Adjustment
 

I wanted to adjust my headlights since the drivers side shines so low compared to the passenger side. Well her is my question---I see 2 adjustments for the headlights and one of them is broken,i'm assuming the one that is broken is the one i need to adjust. The one on the far side of the headlight moves it left to right so the middle one moves it up and down? If that is the adjustment is there any other way i can move the light up/down?
