H&R springs are good, you can get them at bimmerworld, they also have plenty of options for coilovers if you wanted to go that route |
Depends which Bilsteins you have (touring, HD, sport, racing...) and how old they are. It is best to get struts/shocks that are designed for use with lowering springs, as they will dampen better and will not wear out too quickly... On a side note, I do have a set of Racing Dynamics springs for sale... |
