$17k for an e30 m3 with 230k seems high, imho. trying to get back the money he paid for rebuilt engine i'm guessing. looks like it's in pretty nice shape though.

WORD

kenster 11-28-2007 09:14 AM

I have 190K on 88 m3 right now, it loves to hug the road, hehe.

AKBimmer 11-28-2007 10:10 AM

Ah but it also says it has a new rebuilt motor... so that was $8k right there... IMO its worth it.. I keep tabs on e30 M3's on www.s14.net and the going rate is 15k but since it has a fresh rebuild I'd say its worth 17K

kenster 11-28-2007 05:45 PM

an s14 rebuild isn't cheap, i know there are people who say just add an s50 but, its not the same its a trip on how the s14 is a 4 banger and it wants to be reved high. when i have the cash i would like to build the specs 2.5 but its too much moolah.

man ... crazy pricing. guess they are getting to be more rare. thank god for the ti! :)

thesk8nmidget 11-28-2007 06:05 PM

yeah no doubt! for 17,000 you could get a lot more. but this car is just tits!

kenster 11-28-2007 06:50 PM

it will be 20 years old next year when the e30 m3 hit the US Market years ago.

i would guess most likely not because the e36 m3s are far less rare.
