I vote "Active with M-tech side moldings." I can't imagine why anyone would swap moldings before swapping the bumpers, but that looks like what's been done.

A quick search will lead you to a "VIN number decoding" thread where you can request for Mallard to run your VIN.

the m-tech door moldings match up better with the moldings on the bumpers, makes sense to me

Agreed, but I'd still swap the front bumper first. I guess that's just me though. :smile:
