1996 BMW 318ti Hellrot MANUAL Transmission 5 Speed, 114k miles 1.9 Liter, 4-cylinder, Big gas saver - over 30mpg. Factory keyless entry and alarm; Clean CARFAX
Excellent condition inside and out. Runs and drives like new. Non smokers car. The airbag light is on since I got it but it's a minor issue and nothing to worry about. If you have a reset tool you can fix this yourself. I drove the car only some weekends and when I was going to BMW shows. I made 2500 miles for 1.5 years. When I got the car I restore almost everything to make it like new. Here is the list of what has been done:
Euro Projector Elipsoid Headlights with HID Xenon 6000k
Projector fog lights
Clear front and parking lights
16 Mille Miglia High performance Italian wheels with 4 NEW premium tires - Yokohama Avid V4S 225/50/16
New Bosch Platinum 4+ spark plugs
New Mann Air filter
Completely NEW suspension including only high quality German parts - BILSTEIN HD Heavy Duty struts & shocks; Meyle Control arms, ball joints, strut mounts, shock mounts, outer and inner tie rods, sway bar links; Upgraded M3 control arms bushings; Shocks reinforcement plates
New German front wheel bearing assemblies
New German Balo Rotors with AXXIS Ultimate Ceramic pads
New Catalytic Converter
New Continental belts - serpentine and A/C
New Valve cover gasket
New oil can housing gasket
///M floor mats
///M short shift knob
///M shift leather
///M pedals
Bavarian Autosport vinyl front & back, Shark antenna
Blaupunkt Casablanca MP56 receiver including CD/MP3, USB, MC/SD card and External Hard drive compatibility
2 x 12 Alpine ED subwoofers with 2 X 500W Legacy Red series AMP, Extremly clear and powerful sound!
Whistler Radar Detector
I used only Super 93 octane gas and Mobil1 5W30 full syntetic oil
Be the next owner of this excellent car! BMW fans will appreciate this rare model. MUST SEE! To set up a time to see call me anytime during the day. PM for phone. I have a carfax report available!
Asking $7800

i would say take out the "rare" statement. especially on this site since ti's arent really rare just harder to find than other e36's

clean car though and best of luck with the sale. wouldnt mind a set of your pedals

Sometimes i miss my hellrot, this is one of those times. Good luck with the sale

It's a copy pasta from his craigslist ad. Sad to see another New Englander selling their ti :( :( :(

Good luck with the sale!

One by one the ti owners are leaving the 318ti family. I guess Tony can use the word "RARE" for the NE owners left. :( Good luck with the sale!

We better get a photoshoot in before the sale. I missed it with a few other MA ti in the past.

I won't leave the community and I'll stay a ti fan forever. If I could I'd keep it but I just don't need two cars. The insurance for the M3 is too high...
I feel sad watching the ti sitting on the parking lot and I think it's better if someone else drive it and take care of it. It's a really nice car and I hope it will go in good hands.

really nice car good luck with the sale. whom ever buys it they better become a member. lets keep this ti family tight. i have thought about painting mine that color.

tiFreak 05-29-2008 12:14 AM

so it's a 96 with the matte bumpers and sideskirts? :confused:

thesk8nmidget 05-29-2008 10:39 PM

thats because its a 96 base.

they didnt paint the skirts on 96 base ti's (maybe they did later in 96 but not early 96)
