That has the shape of he stromung but it does seem odd to me that it has no logos in sight. |
I think that the older ones didn't have the logo on them. If you look on understeer.com, the 318ti the have there doesnt have the logo on it. Check it out. Look at the last picture. Hopefully this will help you out. -Randy |
wow! you're totally right! this was supposidly bought from understeer. |
Glad I could help. Try to find out how old that exhaust is...maybe that will be your answer. -Randy |
I'm willing to bet it's a stromung. Looks just like mine and it ALMOST looks like something like "STROMUNG" might be written on the tip in the fuzzy photo. It is a very lightly written outline of a logo, so it might not be picked up easily in pics. |

well, thanks for all the input guys. i'm gonna go with it. 350 shipped |
that's a real good deal too, congrats |
Nice. Easy install, too. The only problem I've had with my Stromung was that the pipe from the cat would vibrate against the undercarriage when it was just me in the car (which was most of the time). The factory cat died a couple of months ago, and I had it replaced with a Magnaflow, and the guy at the muffler shop bent the muffler pipe just a hair so that it now clears the point where it was hitting the undercarriage.
