external fuel pressure regulator-M44 fuel rail

Anyone has m44 fuel rail, external fuel pressure regulator type, part# 1 433 519 or 1 433 520 ? I want it for the conversion onto my m42 motor which is very easy leaking fuel line and painful removal and install though.
