Questions on my clubsport

Hello, I am very new to this site. I own a 1995 Club sport with the standard m42 in it. 171k miles, mint interior minor paint work needed (500$ worth). I am looking to sell this but have no idea what the price should be. Please help.
Note: it has bmw e46 m3 rims on it.

Hard to put a price on a club sport.
To some it's a rare model, to others it's a 18 year old BMW.
Probably would help to post photos.
Any mechanical issues?

Headliner OK?
Windows OK?

There are no mechanical issues. And I do not say that easily. The headliner was coming undone towards the rear and I had it professionally reglued. Windows perfect, and the sun roof has never had a problem. I bought this car for $10,000 roughly. It still has the black leather with red interior and only thing replaced as far as the interior goes was the stereo system, which was renewed for quality, and shift knob. The female part of the M shift knob broke off. Replaced it with another M shift knob. It has the short shifter off of a z3M in it too. Don't know specifics on that yet because it was done before I purchased the car.

Why selling? If its got the rust bubbles on the rear fender lips,, out in the NW its worth about 4K.

Pics of areas requiring work would help get closer...

Honestly,, fanatics like us this board all pant over the club sport, it was a trim package,, Not much of a aero and some small trim stuff.. For me its nice to have that bumps the price 20% for the popular VIN number.
