REDUCED: 1999 318ti Silver/Black S52 Swap Daily Driver For Sale

:(

I'm heartbroken to let her go, but family first and baby is on the way.

It needs a good home.

Man that looks sweet!
How about I buy it for a song and return it to you when your kids are bigger?

roadrash 08-03-2010 09:15 PM

[sigh] Sad times. I just hope it's purchased by a responsible adult that won't crash it in the first week of ownership.

PrimeTimeSlime 08-03-2010 09:39 PM

What a beautiful car. I am sorry for your loss (but congrats on the baby).

Platanos 08-03-2010 10:36 PM

WOW, such a fine example. Worth every penny!! Good luck with your future endevours.

campaiar 08-04-2010 01:34 AM

Thanks to all. Needs a good home.

My wife says I can't have two track cars. :(
I guess I shouldn't have mentioned how I was planning on swapping suspension and diffs.

post deleted, did it sell? Or did you change your mind :)

Still available: http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/cto/1881396408.html

I thought I'd throw the kids in the back too, its the reverse facing car seat in the back that isn't very workable.

96cali 08-06-2010 02:25 AM

I totally agree with you you the safety of an S52 ti but the reverse car seat fit quite nicely in mine a few years back.

Looks like we'll both be out of the ti club Anthony. I just cannot get home to take pics and clean her up so you win. Hope it goes to a good home.

Phil

StealthBimmer 08-06-2010 03:27 AM

Sad to see both of you guys leaving the TI family! :( The bimmer is very clean and worth the asking price. Good luck!

roadrash 08-06-2010 03:46 AM

[sigh] I wanna buy both campaiar and 96cali's cars. [sigh]

Oh yeah, haven't checked some lottery numbers... be right back.

EDIT - I'm still broke, so someone else will have to buy this car. [sigh]

Maverix 08-06-2010 07:52 AM

OMG!! What a beautiful sleeper!!

96cali 08-06-2010 11:31 PM

For those of you not familiar with his work, this is Anthony's third swap into a Ti. I drove his previous one and was very impressed by how quiet and smooth it was. Perfect. GLWS.

osu_ti 08-08-2010 04:58 AM

I've ridden in this car and can vouch for the quality of work that was done to it. The owner is very meticulous and the car is a hoot!

GLWS!

OP, did you sell the wheels that were on it? (style 68's IIRC)
