Issues while doing S52 swap
 

I know the title is weak but here we go. Now I have been a tech for years and am moving from a e36 sedan M3 clone I built. Now here it is S52 with standard obd2 harness the ti is a 98 auto swapped to 5 speed. Got it in and running ASC delete secondary air delete rear o2 delete had the tune and this stuff done remotely with the ista at work. Now I think what I have going on is some stuff that was wrong when I got the donor ti it had a blown headgasket and I never scanned it before I started this but should have. I know I need to rewire the auxfan because Im old school and keeping the stock fan clutch and fan. But I cant comunicate with the insurment cluster or the ZKE. It was like that before all the remote tune and changes.I think its just K can issues or a bad ZKE but have not got around to that yet. Im just now getting to the rear muffler part after putting the e36 obd2 midpipe on. Looking at flowmaster 50 or maybe a z3 3.0 muffler? Dont want it real loud. I need to just buy the swap manual and see if it can narrow things down for me. I did forget to mention I swapped a M3 cluster in but will add the MPG wire at later date or when I have to do pinouts on my k can bus.Also have BC coilovers on the way Thanks Jimmie
