i am very unfamiliar with this light.... i know what everyother light is, but this one...
can somebody help .
it comes on and off wen i hit bumps.. but stays lit most of the time..


PLEASE HELP.

brake pad wear sensor, you probably have a loose connection on it. there's one on the front left and one on the right rear, take a look at the wires and make sure they're in good shape, probably wouldn't hurt to check the brakes while you're in there

Actually it's for the "Brake System Hydraulic Circuits". It's telling you that your brake fluid level is too low. The brake pad wear indicator lamp is different.

Easy mix up. The only reason I know is because my brake pad wear indicator was illuminated when I purchased my first ti.

On my Euro '91 e36 318i, there was a very similar lamp that indicated one of the tailight bulbs was bad. Can't remember if it was a triangle or a circle with an exclamation point in the center.
