3 Attachment(s)
2 - 15" OEM wheels, 15x7 originals that came with the car. has Falken 205/65/15 all season tires mounted and balanced. 2 tires have maybe 30% thread 1 tire has 60%. Make an offer I was thinking about $50 each wheel/tire combo. No bent lips or serious damage but these are in fair condition. I'm located at Mt. Laurel/Riverton area, 08054

Edit" 1 sold - 2 left

Barische,

Is the wheel/rim's still up for sale? Just yesterday I bent my rear right side rim on a rough road shoulder (which was more like a bloody crater!).

Please let me know asap. Thanks very much

Just so that I am clear, you wheels/rims are the same design as these, yes?

yes same design, I emailed u back. I just calculated shipping at UPS and USPS. somewhere between $30-40. I gotta find a way to get the tire out of the wheel. Possibly cut the tire out the wheel if i can do it...

just bring it to a shop, only takes a couple minutes to pull a tire off and they probably won't charge you much if anything

This is the condition of the rim and tire.

I was quoted $250 to get the rim fixed. Then, two hours later, I got called again and was told ' Ohh that rim specialists does not do mending anymore. They just do 'finishing work' now.

So then I asked - What are my options?

"Ohh you could instal after markets ones on all four. It will cost you a 'only' $800 with a new Michelin MXV4"

I am sorry but can someone explain to me what constitutes 'finishing work' again?

Is alright to name this chain of wheels/tire specialist? I am sort of developing a irrational dislike for them.

These wheels came on the active models. Base models got steelies and hubcaps. Sport models got style 18's. Speaking of which did style 18's come on any other models besides ti's and Z3's?

Many places will not do wheel "repair" for liability reasons. I think it is even illegal in some states. Sure, you can fix it to make it look new but once an alloy wheel sustains considerable damage, it is never structurally the same. I had a set of wheels that had some minor bends in them fixed, but I would be a little leery of a shop that claims they can fix a wheel that is broken into three or four pieces (I've seen shops claim this)- it's not something I would rest easy driving on at high speed.
