good price!!!!

if you wanted to get all that stuff from downing atlanta brand new how much would it cost and is it wourth it to get a used turbo charger

FATHER 07-27-2006 07:25 PM

new is like $3,400.00

tastade 07-27-2006 08:01 PM

That is tempting, Hard to justify $3,400, but $2,100 is reasonable :) It does have 8k miles though, that is a significant part of its life, but if it lasts 100k miles, 8k is only 8% which is only $272 worth of depreciation. Seller has good feedback too, but no recent feedback so I would want to contact them before bidding.

You are right. Someone better jump on this one. DASC are known to last easily 100,000 miles. Great price.
Good luck!

For the M44 engine, DASC states a little over 210hp at a 6500. You can read about it here:

I dont know about getting a new turbo charger, but this supercharger seems wourth it.

That is 210 at the flywheel.. maybe 190 at the rear wheel..

Plus there is no guarantee it will fit as is.. You may have to buy new parts from DA to make it fit your year/model.

No. At the wheels, read the product description.

Right, but it will be close. DA is very helpful and will be able to get you the right parts, fast.

BUMP! for a great, proven supercharger kit!
