332ti Club Sport For Sale

The time has come to sell my 1995 332ti (318ti) Club Sport with 72,6xx miles. This site has been an invaluable tool over my years of ownership so I hope that it goes to someone who is a true enthusiast of these wonderful cars.
  • Vin: WBACG5328SAM5353
  • Color: Hellrot
  • Production Date: 09/29/1995
  • Delivery Date: 11/27/95

Car History
I am the second owner of this car. I purchased it from the original owner on 11/6/04 with 70,xxx miles. Original owner purchased it new from Baron BMW of Kansas City. It comes with a full set of original keys, books, records, new car promotional materials, window sticker, etc. You will be hard pressed to find a 318ti with a more original set of records. No accidents, no paint work, no body work. This car has never been driven in the winter or in snow and has rarely been in the rain. Rust free. This is a complete, no "stories" car.

Modifications:
Shortly after purchasing the car I decided to do a M3 3.2 L S52 swap. I purchased a donor car with a 1999 M3 S52 engine and transmission (50k miles) for the swap and did a OBD1 conversion at the same time due to the fact the '95 318ti is OBD1. Parts for the OBD1 conversion were intake, ECU with AA chip, AA Cold Air intake and 21.5 "pink top" injectors along with OBD1 wiring harness and a few other bits. I did the transmission "stick rests at 5th gear when cold" fix, UUC short shift kit, Rogue Engineering transmission mounts, Stewart water pump, fan delete, "Dr. Vanos" vanos upgrade, updated primary tensioner, secured oil pump nut modification, Supersprint Headers and exhaust, Magnaflow hi-flow cats, Aero stainless resonators and added the factory e36 keyless entry alarm system. Car had 72,438 miles at completion of the swap.
  • Motor: 1999 M3 3.2 L S52 OBD1
  • Transmission: 1999 M3 5-Speed. Running Redline fluid.
  • Differential: Z3 3.46 Torsen (under 30k miles). Running Royal Purple fluid
  • Suspension: All new. Full Ground Control suspension w/ Street Camber Plates, Rear GC RSM, all new stock bushings throughout the car
  • Brakes: Stock, new rotors in rear. Brembo BBK kit available at asking price
  • Interior Upgrades: MZ3 steering wheel, Alpine stereo, factory armrest (Original steering wheel, radio and center console included)
  • Instrument Cluster: Factory cluster is installed. I have a OBD1 E36 M3 cluster that I planned to swap in but did not do it due to the fact that I could not find anyone locally that could set the proper mileage on the M3 cluster. It has under 12k miles on it so the mileage simply needs to be increased to match the current mileage
  • Wheels: AC Schnitzer Type II 3-Piece Racing. 18x8.5 front, 18x9 rear. Wheels have been professionally refinished. Brand new rear rim halves, all wheels were disassembled and cleaned. Lips were refurbished by Ehrlich Wheel Works and fully polished. New metal valve stems were installed. Stock wheels and tires included at asking price
  • Tires: Michelin ContiSportContact 3 sized 235/40 and 255/35 ZR 18. Under 400 miles of use.
  • Exhaust System: Supersprint headers and rear muffler, Magnaflow hi-flow catalytic converters, Aero Turbine Performance Exhaust AR20 Resonators
  • Drivetrain upgrades:UUC clutch line, UUC Short Shift kit, brand new E30 325is half shafts. New M3 driveshaft from Driveline Service of Portland along with new guibo
  • Engine Upgrades: Stewart water pump, fan delete mod, AA intake, chip and injectors, wired oil pump nut. Injectors cleaned and flow tested
  • Battery: Relocated to trunk using all factory parts. Battery is Odyssey Extreme PC680 AGM
  • Other: All ancillary components were replaced on engine at time of install (except for alternator) - starter, tensioners, oxygen sensor, throttle cable, radiator, belts, oil pan gasket, intake gaskets, knock sensors, motor mounts, new factory flywheel, pressure plate and clutch. Anything that could be replaced while the engine was out of the donor car I replaced

Asking Price: $15,500

As the mileage indicates I have not driven the car very much. It was purchased as a project car and I have taken my sweet time getting it to the level that I wanted it to be at. Two kids and a full house remodel later it is finally complete. It's lighter, faster and better than a stock E36 M3 and drives like new. And you get lower insurance rates to boot. I have purchased a Mercedes 500E as my next project car so the wife says this one has to go! Car is located in Lincoln, NE. I can provide additional pictures and details to anyone who is interested in the car.

I have posted some pictures below but was unable to post all of the pictures I wanted to. It appears there is a limit to the number of pictures you can place in a post. More pictures are available at the link below:
