FS 1998 318ti Cali. Roof

A freind of mine is selling her 98 318ti its bright red with black interior. It has about 97K miles and recently serviced. The car is in pretty nice shape. I know she is only selling it as her family is growing and she needs another set of doors:tongue: It is a 5-speed and has the California roof(new motor for the roof) She is asking $7500 obo. Let me know if there is any interest and i will take some pictures of it and post them here. The car can be seen in Manhattan or Central NJ. I am just listing this for a freind, If interest, please call Shannon @ 908-451-5343.

Is it a sport? I might be interested as long as it's not my 98ti that was wrecked 5 years ago.

People will probably want to know if it is a base or active.
Manual or Auto
Easy way to tell is by the wheels.
15" steel - base 16" 10 spoke - active
cruise, computer - most likely an active

JeffNJM3 12-21-2005 06:33 AM

Its a 5-speed (stick) as orginally posted and I'm pretty sure it has 5 spoke Factory wheels on it not sure if 15 or 16" I'll get more details on it this weekend and we can figure out exactly what model it is

5-spoke 15" were the standard Active package wheels for 1998. Hey, if it's in nice shape I might be interested!

Hi everybody, here are some pictures of the car, it looks really nice. Only problem i see is the basket ball net fell on it once and put a dent in the c pillar, i took a close-up of it. If interest, please call Shannon @ 908-451-5343. The car is currently in So. Plainfield, NJ but can also be seen in Manhattan

mmmm...shiny.

Is that a dent on the drivers side c pillar or weird reflection? Look at the first rear 3/4 photo.

JeffNJM3 12-27-2005 08:23 PM

yup, one of those self-standing basket-ball poles fell on it. I took 2 pics to try and show the damage.

Too bad this is advertised now. If it were a few months later, I would have hopped on it.

Bump for you though...
