318ti Engine harness replacement
 

Hey everyone, so I have a 1999 318ti Automatic and my M44 engine harness decided to burn up the O2 and trans wires. I need a replacement, can't get one where I live, so need to bring something in.
My last 7 chassis digits are KE81345
the parts number I get off real oem is 12511435767.
I need help finding what can correspond and work, I don't care if I need to get a LHD harness or whatever, as long as I know the connectors are all there and it will work, if I have to do some wire rearranging that's fine aswell. Just need a viable starting point.

Please anyone who can help, I'm getting desperate!
