Hi I need advice, I have a 2004 318 ti, the stereo in it is double din size with sat nav tv computer ect can I swap this out to aftermarket stereo and if so will it affect anything with the car or computer thanks in advance

so the stereo that is in the car now when I press the end of indicator switch the display comes up on it for computer miles ect so its just used as monitor then thanks
