It might add some power. I'd be careful.

Your gonna need a pair of 3D glasses to go with these

Yeah im fine, I think I'll stick with the BMW. I'm just having some fun with my car. They make my car look brand new though.

I/we didn't mean to discourage you (or maybe we did) from buying stuff (chit) for your car. Its just we are a bunch of enthusiasts who prefer real mods that actually do something or look good on our BMW's.

Ultimately, its your car and you do as you please. But remember, you get what you pay for.

Yeah that's true, I mean the only reason why I got the headlights is so it looks like a new car. I mean I'm just an 18 year old, and you guys probably know that you wanted to impress people with your cars when younger. I kept my original headlights for when I get older so I can put them back on because I really would hate to change anything else. Just thought they would look cool you know?

Fixed

Its good that you keep the original parts. If you ever sell the car, the buyer may want them.

Until then, enjoy your car and make her a pantie dropper

think of it this way, the only people who will be impressed by Brembo brakes will most likely know enough about cars to be able to tell that they're fake covers, you could paint your stock calipers

I agree with tiFreak. You want to dress up the calipers, paint them.

pdxmotorhead 09-04-2011 07:30 PM

The most important thing is for the calipers to cool correctly.

Covering painting (With the wrong paint) insulates the caliper.

The red coating brembo uses is a semi ceramic that conducts heat well.

I'm tempted to flush this thread into the abyss of all things unholy.

Crisis avoided, or shall we continue?

LOL... leave this thread online and let it serve as a warning to others. You KNOW someone else will eventually have a similar question, and hopefully they'll find this tread and change their mind.
