Wow, I was feelin' the hate, when I was in Newport RI two weekends ago. T-shirts that read, "Choke, the official drink of the New York Yankees". Personally, I don't follow sports much, but I have always preferred the Mets.

I wear my Yankees Suck/Jeter Swallows t-shirt occasionally. Best 10 bucks i've ever spent at a ballpark.

Oh yeah and i bought a Mets Suck t-shirt at yankees stadium 5 years ago which comes in handy now that Pedro is on the team.

Thats crazy, a buy it now price of $500,000. If anyone buys that they will be officially complete idiots. It didnt even belong to a player so its not worth that much. If you want a world series ring that much you should have a replica made.

cali-ti 07-11-2006 06:22 PM

yeah, imagine that, no bids so far :p

JPerfect 07-11-2006 06:32 PM

did you see the bogus question to seller?

"I just sold a similar ring for $500,000. I'm sure you can get much more" or something of the like.

HMMMMM DID HE HAVE A FRIEND DO THAT? OR DID HE DO IT HIMSELF?

Yeah, that ring should self destruct after someone buys it, and kill the buyer. We don't need anymore brainless morons in this country. I'd rather feed starving kids in Africa.

Whats funny is when they 1st won it in 04 you could buy the same exact ring for 17-18k from the redsox. Knowbody will buy it for that price,he won't even get 30k for it. If the red sox find out who this person is the are gonna flip. He won't release his name to the public, the only person who knows his name is a reporter with the Boston Herald since he came to them with the story on why he is selling it.

If i were him i wouldn't sell that ring unless somebody offered me a cool million, but you would have to be a dumbass to make that offer.

stormos 07-11-2006 10:16 PM

upto 150,000......

if i had one of those rings i'd sell it and give 20-50% to charity....

Looks like it was taken off,i wonder what happend.

Never mind bidding ended.
