Euro glass headlights

I currently have several sets of Euro glass 318ti headlights. These are genuine Euro Hella headlights, no plastic aftermarket stuff. Great condition, no broken tabs!
Glass lenses, so no faded plastic any more! Plug & Play, no work on the wiring harness needed. Unbox them and install them, that's it! :)
I can now also provide city lights with the headlights, everything you will need will be installed on the headlights already. :joy:
150$ shipped to anywhere in the US :)

neat, I never knew the Ti had unique glass headlights!

zoner 09-25-2014 12:11 AM

Does the City Light take a #194 bulb? (just curious)

M-technik-3 09-25-2014 12:32 AM

I see these in base model E36's when I hit the yards there as well. Not a bad price.

FYI these work on all e36s and are non-projector housings. Many of the early e36s had these and a lot of the old DTM/touring cars ran them. These are not recommended if you plan on running xenons.

That said, do you have any without the little dots on the top of the glass?

In Germany we actually only had them in the Compact / TI model, all the other models had different headlights (with other housings, bulbs and plugs). :)

Not totally right, the Euro glass headlights not only had glass outer lenses, but glass inner lenses as well, at least the ones that I offer. So with these glass headlights there isn't a risk of melting or burning down any plastic lenses because of the heat that Xenon produces. :)

So far I haven't received any sets without the velocity nipples. I'm not even sure if there are Compact headlights that have been produced without nipples - at least for these headlights! The Bosch Euro glass projector headlights DO come with and without the nipples.
(I offer these, too. :joy:)

I think the cutoff is more the issue rather than the material of the lens. A halogen headlight with fluted lenses will scatter light everywhere and blind oncoming traffic when a HID bulb is put in place.

I found it a little funny not to see these Hella units on the ti's exported to the U.S., given their DOT/SAE markings. BMW put them on compacts sent to other markets.

mixxx 10-02-2014 11:54 PM

If the headlights are still for sale I will have them. Let me know what your PayPal addy is.

angelicmisskitty 10-04-2014 05:19 PM

angelicmisskitty 10-20-2014 08:23 PM

Just had to deal with a VERY unpleasant customer (not from this board!) and will have a set of 318ti OEM clear corner lights available in good condition. These are already in the US and will be shipped from there. Would anyone be interested? That way I could avoid dealing with return shipping. :dizzy:
The set would be 40$ ppd.

Bimmer18us 10-21-2014 02:05 AM

I'll take them if still available. Please PM with details.

dakar217 10-26-2014 04:46 AM

What do you have currently? Can pm if you'd rather not post.

mixxx 11-05-2014 02:38 PM

I've not heard from you in a while & I've sent you a couple PM's asking for status update regarding the lights I purchased from you. I was hoping to have at least received a tracking number as promised but nothing.

Please advise asap.

at least 5+ sets in good condition. But I receive these headlights regularly, so no need to worry that we might sell out on these :)

jimmypet 03-21-2015 06:09 PM

I sent you a pm as well a few weeks back about some more parts

jimmypet 05-12-2015 05:55 PM

Just wanted to post that my headlights came in very nice condition.
Possibly the best packing of a used item I have ever purchased.
They are a HUGE improvement over the stock 17 year old plastic housings I had.

100% plug and play, and they even already had working bulbs in them.

Bump for a very good seller and a very nice improvement over stock for not much money with nice BMW factory quality.

angelicmisskitty 05-13-2015 07:01 PM

Thanks guys! I always try and pack stuff as good as possible.

jimmypet 05-13-2015 07:05 PM

The pieces of cloth taped over the actual lenses, cut to the exact size of the lenses, "before" being bubble wrapped was impressive.
That was an indication of your attention to detail.
Great seller.

Earl 05-13-2015 07:37 PM

Kitty definitely doesn't mess around when it comes to packaging=P I have received so many things and every one of them has been carefully packaged.

angelicmisskitty 05-19-2015 11:10 PM

Guys, just got another 3 sets of glass headlights in! I wanted to give board members on here first dibs on them before I offer them for sale elsewhere. So if anyone is still looking for a nice set of glass headlights, feel free to PM me!

btw, due to multiple PMs that I received: All lenses are made of glass, so no risk of burning or melting any plastic lenses!

These are NOT xenon friendly. They are reflectors not projectors and therefore will do nothing but blind other drivers and leave you with poor light output. If you want to use xenons, get a set of projector bosch/zkw/replicas.

That said I love my set of these and Kitty is a great seller.

angelicmisskitty 06-19-2015 04:23 PM

You're right, I completely forgot to think of that!
Thanks for letting me know, I edited my posting

angelicmisskitty 07-16-2015 12:23 AM

Headlights!

Got fresh sets available!

1. Euro ZKW (OEM BMW headlights! no aftermarket!) glass Projector headlights, I'll include a full set of Euro connectors as well as Bosch leveling motors and a leveling switch with pigtail for the dashboard.
Just very minor pitting on the outer glass, no broken corner light tabs, however one of the side mounting tabs partially broke off (see pic 4). He headlights can be installed just fine though.
220$ ppd to anywhere in the USA.
